Returns or exchanges

If you wish to return an item or you have a faulty item please read this section first.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us within 28 days of receipt and we will either refund your money or, if preferred, we will exchange the item for you

Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were received

Items must not have been used and must be returned in their original packaging, together with any tags and stickers and enclosed documentation. If they are not returned in a saleable condition as detailed, we may not be able to provide a full refund. All returned items are inspected prior to any refund made.

Faulty Items

If goods are deemed to be faulty within 30 days, we will offer a refund or a replacement. After 30 days, we will offer a repair or replacement, whichever is the cheaper solution. You may be asked for photographs of the faulty item to enable our customer service team to decide what course of action to take.

The item is your full responsibility until it is returned to us. We recommend, therefore, that you return your item using a delivery service that insures you for the full value of the goods and requires a signature upon receipt. The cost of returning the item to us is entirely your responsibility, unless agreed otherwise.
