What you'll need
Ingredients:
- red onions
- peppers
- vegetable oil
- tin of tomatoes
- box of passata
- eggs

Preparation
Create a cooking fire because it's best to cook over embers.
Gather your ingredients and wash your hands.
Method:

The children cut up red onions and peppers and fry them.
We then add a can of tomatoes and one box of passata.
When bubbling the children love to crack in an egg!
Mix a little and serve as a sharing dish with bread (we say 'rip and dip' the bread so they are not double dipping!)
