Preparation
Create a cooking fire because it's best to cook over embers.
Gather your ingredients and wash your hands.
Method:
Prepare your quesadillas before cooking.
Take one tortilla and spread passata onto one side followed by a layer of grated cheese.
Put the second tortilla on top, sandwiching the two tortillas together.
Spray a little oil in the frying pan and heat up over the fire.
Place your tortilla sandwich in, and toast on both sides. You will know when it's ready as the tortilla will puff up a little and go a light golden brown with the cheese melting in the middle.
When cooked, use a pizza cutter, cut into four and serve up.
