Important to know
The shelter has a large sail area and must not be used in strong or gusty winds, shelters over 4msq require careful handling in all wind conditions
Do not leave unattended, even in calm weather, as hidden damage can occur
Ensure water can run off freely by pitching the shelter taut with a clear fall and avoid pooling water near seams to reduce risk of drips

- Material: PU coated flame-retardant nylon
- Waterproof rating: 1000mm hydrostatic head
- Double-stitched, overlocked seams with reinforced edging, seams are not taped - water ingress possible if not correctly tensioned
- reinforced fixing points with Military-grade D loops on reinforced webbing gussets
- Central vent for airflow and smoke release

Made from PU-coated, flame-retardant nylon, it offers waterproof protection while remaining lightweight and practical for repeated outdoor use. Reinforced stitching and durable construction ensure it stands up to regular handling in active learning environments.
Designed with reinforced fixing points , support flexible tensioning and setup options. The central lifting point has a central vent which helps release warm air and smoke when used as part of a fire circle setup.
Suitable for schools, outdoor educators, Forest School leaders and families, this shelter creates a communal space for storytelling, tool use, rest and group activities. It also supports hands-on learning, encouraging problem solving, teamwork and practical outdoor skills as users learn how to rig, tension and adapt shelter setups in changing conditions.
As with all large tarps, care must be taken during use. This shelter is best suited for temporary setups and should always be taken down after use to maintain longevity and safety.
