The Active Boundaries range has a variety of areas with diverse play offers is essential for providing a rich and stimulating outdoor environment. Employing Active Boundaries can help develop the special nature of each of these play spaces whilst encouraging children to enter and engage. These boundaries invite children to pass over, under & through as they emerge into a new play space that feels different to where they have come from they are more aware of the physical and emotional expectations of this different space.

Squeezes & gaps are both inviting & challenging, children need to bend, crawl or even squirm to travel under or through them. Crawling supports bilateral physical development, determination is required to push through or scabble under increasing heart rates, determination & fortitude all in the fresh cool air of the outdoors.

All items in the OUT range are designed to be able to move about so different configurations can be achieved. It is important that all items are placed on ground level or fixed to other items to prevent them from tipping. Each item can be used in mobile form or attached to other parts to make them more permanent and more stable.
