Our lockable sheds are designed to withstand the rigours of life at schools & nurseries. Ideal for outdoor maths resources & loose parts storage.
The strong wooden doors make these sheds ideal for when resources need to be secured. These sheds come with Heavy Duty Play Crates which can be used for seating and as part of the loose play provision. Please note: Each crate is heavy and designed for robust play. More information here. If you require crates for storage purposes we recommend our recycled plastic crates or wooden storage crates.
Our long lasting sheds are handmade in the UK with an airflow design to help moisture escape, reducing the likelihood of damp and mould. Made from FSC treated wood, these sheds are robust with attractive wooden overlap sides and roof. The slatted doors have attractive black fixings - heavy duty hinges, a hasp and staple suitable for a padlock (padlock not included) and two cabin hooks to secure the doors in an open position. There is space to add a sign above the doors. Internally, strong slatted shelves provide space for ample storage.
The sheds come fully assembled with the crates and are delivered on a pallet to the kerbside. They will need positioned on a flat, stable base. See further details below.

Additional Information
We recommend that your shed is positioned on a stable base (ideally concrete or paved). The base must be level and of sufficient size (minimum 1.2m wide x 1m deep).
You will be responsible for moving the shed from the delivery point at kerbside to your required position.
Preserving Treatment - It is extremely important for us at Muddy Faces to use a treatment that is safe for children and the environment. All our treated wood has been approved for use in playgrounds and is acceptable for human health and the environment. It is really important to check what wood treatment your supplier uses when choosing educational resources.
