This solid redwood Playhouse is a perfect little retreat for young ones. Superior build quality makes this little Georgian style cottage, with antique door handles and hinges, perfect for school use. This item is CE marked and safety features include smooth surfaces inside and out, rounded edges on frames, and acrylic safety glass on the three windows (including door).
You can change the look of the playhouse by using a wide range of DIY colours/wood treatments.
Our range of Premium Playhouses provide hours of outdoor fun for children. The Playhouses are supplied with a base coat treatment. As with all timber buildings it is recommended that you treat the timber with a high quality wood preservative (at least every two years) – ensuring great play value for many years to come.

- Delivery only: The item will be delivered to the front of your address. It is your responsibility to move the item to your required location and install it yourself.
- Delivery including installation: The item will be delivered and installed in your pre-prepared location. Please read the important conditions for installation below before selecting this option.

- Delivery is available to mainland UK only.
- Delivery is free to mainland UK with a delivery surcharge for parts of the Scottish Highlands. Delivery is NOT available to the following postcode areas: ZE, KW, IV, PA, KA, HS.
- Items will be delivered to ground floor reception / front door only.
- Failed deliveries may incur charges.
- Please advise of access restrictions when placing your order. If we are not advised of any restrictions and find the delivery is not possible, charges may be incurred.
- All playhouses have a solid wood floor but for maximum longevity must be installed on a flat solid base e.g. concrete or paving slabs.
- If you select installation, you will receive a form following your order requiring you to confirm the following:
- That you have a suitable base which is concrete or paved, is absolutely level and of sufficient size. In the event the installers find the base unsuitable, the materials will be stacked on your premises and it is your responsibility to correct the base. The installers will return to complete the installation when the base has been rectified and an additional charge will be incurred.
- That there is fair and reasonable access to the site of installation. Dimensions should be considered when ordering (most playhouses require at least 2.4m). Under no circumstances will materials be carried over walls or fences etc.
- Installation can be carried out at residential addresses only where there is direct access to the garden. We are unable to access the garden through a property.
