Baking Spacer for Inside Dutch Ovens

I have occasionally burnt my cakes when baking them inside a Dutch Oven. The direct heat from the Dutch Oven could cause the cake to burn and over the years I have created all sorts of ingenious ways to keep them away from the direct heat.

This has lead me to design a simple and helpful baking aid made from stainless steel. Simply place the baking spacer inside the dutch oven and then place your cake tin on top. This stops the cake from cooking too quickly on the bottom and allows the heat to circulate, ensuring the cake cooks evenly.
