Today is Day 1 Muddy Faces does #30DaysWild - Eating breakfast outside.
Our daily lives are incredibly busy, with the pressures of online communication, social media, news coming from every possible media source and the general feeling that we should be doing more than we are!
Being in the natural world provides us with many sensory distractions which helps us to reconnect with ourselves, slow down and clear the muddle. By spending a few moments of mindfulness - with your breakfast outside - it will benefit your well-being and steady yourself against the pressures of a busy world!
We are partaking in the Wildlife Trust 30 Days Wild. Over the month of June we will be having a wild time and doing lots of outdoor challenges and acts of random wildness. Find out what we are doing by following us on Instagram or Facebook.
