Made in the UKHelping to support UK industry and reduce our carbon footprint.
Made with UK WoodAll our natural wood products are handmade from materials sourced from sustainably-managed woodlands in the UK; supporting local crafts people, woodland viability and biodiversity. These products are made from untreated wood and they will crack and change over time. This is a natural process which does not affect the use of the product and can encourage a child's investigation of the natural world.
Wood contains a natural preservative called tannin which aids its longevity. Tannin is soluble and can leach out of wood when it gets wet. Once the water evaporates, it can leave tannin sediment behind, causing staining. We recommend that you do not store your wood on a porous surface as it may cause discolouration.

Additional Information
Important: Caring for your UK Grown Wood Product
- Remove packaging immediately after delivery.
- Store in a well-ventilated area to help reduce the likelihood of surface mould developing.
- If required, clean surface mould with a stiff brush and warm water. More persistent mould can be treated with a diluted white vinegar solution before allowing the timber to dry thoroughly.
- Natural tannins: untreated timber may occasionally stain porous surfaces such as paving, concrete or decking.
- To help maximise longevity, avoid leaving products in direct contact with soil for prolonged periods.
Technical Details: Painted with VOC-free, non-toxic paint.
These charming mushroom seats combine practical outdoor seating with imaginative woodland-inspired design. Hand-carved from UK grown timber and painted bright red with distinctive white spots, they bring colour, personality and natural materials into outdoor spaces. Their robust construction makes them suitable for year-round outdoor use in gardens, play areas and outdoor gathering spaces.
Popular in schools, nurseries, Forest School settings and outdoor classrooms, painted mushroom seats can be used to create storytelling circles, themed play areas and inviting outdoor learning environments. The use of UK sourced timber supports UK woodlands and provides a sustainable alternative to plastic seating resources.
