The event encourages people of all ages to discover more about marine habitats, the animals that depend on them and the ways we can help protect these special environments. From rockpooling and wildlife watching to exploring beaches and learning about marine ecosystems, National Marine Week provides opportunities to connect with the natural world and gain a greater appreciation of life below and above the waves.
