International Moon Day

International Moon Day (IMD) marks the anniversary of the first landing by humans on the Moon as part of the Apollo 11 lunar mission in 1969.

The IMD 2026 Theme is One Moon, One Vision, One Future.

Wherever we go in the world, the moon comes with us. Isn't it lovely when the moon is out when the sky is blue?
