Bike Week shines a spotlight on the many ways cycling benefits us all - from boosting health and wellbeing to cutting carbon emissions and creating more connected communities. It’s a week to celebrate the simple joy of getting on a bike and to inspire others to give it a go.

What is Bike Week?

2025 marks 102 years of Bike Week - the UK’s biggest awareness-raising moment of the year for cycling and a chance to celebrate. It’s a time to remind ourselves of all the positives that riding a bike can bring, both to our own health and wellbeing, as well as the wider impacts on our communities and the planet.
