Growing projects are beneficial for early years children physical and mental health, this planter is at ideal height for young children and would look great in a school outdoor setting.
Made by our Muddy Faces Team from wood with a smooth finish, rounded edges and treated for longevity in the outdoors. Two different styles are available:
Self-assembly flat pack - supplied with ground membrane or
Pre-assembled - with a solid wooden base ideal for yards and other locations where a more ridged base is required. Also allows you to easily move the planter to other locations, preventing the soil from escaping. Please note that pre-assembled planters are delivered on a pallet and will require a couple of people to manoeuvre into position.

Additional Information
Utilize unwanted plant pots or chipped crockery - simply smash them up into small to medium-sized pieces (in a bag with goggles to avoid chips flying off.) Adding a layer of broken pieces of pot can prevent compost loss out of the drainage slits. It will also stop the drainage slits from becoming blocked. We supply slate stones ( MFA1016/5) if you don't have any old pots and you will need 2 x 5kg for a 80 x 40 planter, 4x 5kg for 80x80 planter.
