Life’s transitions don’t always come with clarity. We stand between what was and what might be, at thresholds of change, longing, loss, new direction.
Thresholds in the Wild is a five-day residential immersion offered by CLR with soul-guide Rebecca Wildbear, author and creator of Wild Yoga, held in a woodland sanctuary in East Sussex. In this time you will walk the land and your inner landscape: with solo wanders, movement, dreamwork, council and ceremony as your companions.
Drawing on depth-psychological frameworks and the living wisdom of nature, Rebecca will help you engage endings as openings, grief as medicine, and belonging as alive. You’ll remember you are part of a living, breathing Earth.
Over five days you will:
• Listen deeply - to land, soul and imagination.
• Use tools for dreamwork, metaphor, solo land-wanders and council.
• Strengthen your capacity to hold or guide nature-based experiences for your own work or journey.
• Return home with a renewed sense of belonging, clarity of direction and resilient purpose.
This immersive experience is designed for you if you are at a crossroads, seeking personal renewal, guiding others as a coach, educator or therapist, or longing to live closer to Earth’s wisdom.
Join us at our woodland site near Laughton (Sunday 21 June – Thursday 25 June 2026, 4 nights/5 days) for a journey into transformation. Camping or nearby accommodation available.
