The Soul of Belonging Workshop offers a sacred day in woodland with soul-guide Rebecca Wildbear, author and creator of Wild Yoga. Guided by the land, you will move, listen, imagine and reflect in ways that invite you to slow, feel and remember.
Expect guided practices to sense and converse with the living world; imaginative journeys into unseen aspects of nature and self; council-style sharing and gentle embodiment rituals.
By the end of the day you’ll leave with:
• A renewed sense of belonging to yourself, the land and the wider web of life
• Practical, lasting ways to deepen your nature-connection.
• Skills to listen and respond to nature as an ally and guide.
This workshop is for you if you sense the call to belong more deeply - whether you are an educator, guide, therapist, nature-enthusiast or someone simply longing for something more.
Join us at our woodland site near Laughton, East Sussex (Saturday 20 June 2026, 10am–6pm) for a day rooted in wonder and wildness.
