Forest School leader (Level 3) - DORSET

This eight day course is suitable for people who are looking to develop skills in leading groups of students in the outdoors and following the principles of Forest School delivery.

Our course has been specifically designed to give delegates the skills required to safely lead groups of students in an outdoor environment. We pride ourselves on running a unique style of training unlike any other company out there.
All our Forest School Leadership Training is delivered by qualified teachers with firsthand experience in providing Forest School sessions to groups of students including young children.
All our Forest School Leadership training is delivered outdoors at our beautiful private woodland centre in the heart of Dorset, thus ensuring the training is as real as possible.
We also bring groups of children along on some of the sessions to ensure students get lots of real practical hands on training.
Our courses are normally run over eight Fridays over one term, giving students time between sessions to reflect on the learning.
Assessment is done by continuous observation and questioning during the course with submission of a student portfolio of work based on the course outcomes for marking.
